In SEGA Pocket Club Manager, you can't control your team directly during matches. Just sit back, relax and watch your team do their best in the ninety-minute game. Thankfully, you can speed up the match and change the camera perspective during matches, as well as make tactical changes and substitutions.

Outside of active games, however, you have complete control over your team. Create the lineup, add reinforcements to the weak areas of your team, check the calendar, etc. Basically, you can manage all sports related elements of your team.
